As the controller, SMS Tourism has implemented numerous technical and organizational
measures to ensure the most complete protection of personal data processed through this
website. However, Internet-based data transmissions may in principle have security gaps,

Personal data
Due to technical reasons certain data will be automatically collected and stored while
visiting our website (date, duration of visit, website path, the browser types and
versions). These data will only be used for the technical administration of the website
and for the fulfilment of your requirements.

In the event of participating in a fam-trip or a trade event personal data will be collected for the handling of such an event. Details about which data will be needed / used for which purpose will be forwarded with the confirmation of registration.

Log Files
The website of SMS Tourism collects a series of general data and information when a data
subject or automated system calls up the website. This general data and information are
stored in the server log files.
We do analyse anonymously collected log files and the following general data and information
are stored in the server log files of our internet provider:

• How you accessed the site (previous site, hyperlink etc.)

After participating in a fam-trip or a Trade Event we reserve the right to provide you with information about similar fam-trips or events. This information will be sent to your e-mail address you provided us with when signing-in for a fam-trip or trade event. You can always sign-out by clicking on the link at the bottom of each mail.
Subscription to our newsletters
We sent relevant newsletters to the stored e-mail addresses of our users. Therefore we have to store this data in a mailing list. Contact possibility via the website
